I want You"

주님은 말씀하신다.

"모든 것을 나에게 주어라.

나는 너의 시간의 상당량과

너의 재물의 상당량과

너의 일의 상당량을 원하지 않는다.

나는 너를 원한다.

나는 너의 옛사람을

괴롭히기 위해 온 것이 아니라

그것을 죽이기 위해 왔다.


완벽하지 않은 조치는 효과가 없다.

이곳 저곳 가지를 치기를 원치 않는다.

나무 전체를 자르길 원한다.


모든 옛사람과 함께, 모든 욕망을 즉

네가 악하다고 생각하는 것뿐만 아니라 선하다고 여기기 원하는 욕망까지를  

나에게 넘기라.

내가 새로운 자아를 주겠다.

바로 내 자신을 주겠다.

나의 의지가 곧 너의 의지가 될 것이다."

Christ says,
